Stable-Tec had facilities all across the globe. And despite their best intentions, they did not manage to finish them all in time. Stable 207 was designed to be a technological powerhouse containing some of the most advanced communications equipment in the world. It's core purpose was to allow all Stables to communicate with one another in the belief that true communication might lead to a better tomorrow. It didn't prove much use to anyone...until a short time ago.

Located deep within the desert of the Mojave with only a few cracked antenna arrays betraying any sign of its presence, the facility had been protected from the elements after a series of earthquakes shook the land after the bombs fell. That made it the perfect home for its new master: an enigmatic radio host who no one had ever seen or heard of before. People say that the radio host has been broadcasting for years, though they can never remember what music was played, anything the host said, or even if the host is male or female.

In fact, according to records...Stable 207 doesn't exist. And neither does Vault 207. 

In the last few days, this has become irrelevant, because the mysterious voice from the depths of the unused Stable has gone dark, replaced only with an eerie recording of a poor father beginning for help over and over again...
